From vacations with my wife, race events, to the dog being lazy. From here I can share galleries or post pictures in forums or have them printed. My racing pictures are under ‘events’. However, these are MY pictures – not pictures OF ME. It’s tough to photograph myself on track. Other pictures are categorized by subject. I usually take hundreds of pictures per day so check them out! There are LOTS of pictures of Max (our Boxer) under ‘Pets’. Probably too many but he is goofy and fun to photograph. The technical side: Most of the pictures are from a 8mp Canon 20D (SLR). I use a 1gb CF card which holds almost 500 pictures at the ‘large’ size. Combined with an excellent battery and very fast focus I can shot for days just as quick as I can hit the button. And probably 99% of the pictures I take are ‘good’ – in focus and in frame. I just love it. Some pictures are taken with a Sony Cybershot. It’s tiny, has a great battery, fits in a pocket but the pictures just aren’t as good as the Canon. Feel free to download pictures or have them printed directly by Smugmug. The full size images are typically 2mb but can be larger if I didn’t compress them. The printing fees are theirs, I don’t charge anything. One exception – if the images are going to be used commercially (magazines, sponsors) please ask me first.
